Avinash, a young boy who came to Delhi in 2006 from Gwalior for further education with so many dreams in his eyes. He always was inspired by his father - Mr. Rakesh Rajoria who started a Sr. Secondary School and gave his entire life to serve the Education Industry. Initially he wanted to take his father’s to next level but destiny had stored something else for him. He met Nidhi during MBA and was instigated with their common interests on Food, Travel & Business.
He wanted to build something of his own but funding was a challenge. The ideology was to establish the business without any financial support from Families & Friends. They decided to gain some experience before Business and for financial backing. His Professional journey began with Bharti Walmart and during next 7 years he worked with Brands like Bharti Walmart, Airtel, Awfis, Vijay Sales & Sakarni. He feels every role at each organization gave him new learnings and Insights. In 2018, he founded AN Communication which deals in Corporate Gifting, Distributorship of Electronic & mobile accessories.
He believes that his wife has been a huge support during his initial entrepreneurship journey and the duo crossed all hurdles while supporting each other. During Corona times, he encouraged Nidhi to add a vertical “AN Digi Tree” in AN Communication offering as the Digital services were in huge demand.
Ms. Nidhi Mann - A born leader with fierce outlook on taking challenges head on. She is an exceptional communicator with strong presence of mind and an inspirational attitude towards life hustles. She says,” I collect all stones thrown at me to build my own castle.” We all must make choices & take chances to see the change in our lives.
She was inspired by her mother’s fighting spirit and her father rebellious attitude towards life. A young girl who dared to dream to live life on her own terms.
Her professional journey began as a School Teacher at MCD Shalimar Bagh but she felt that this passive teaching in a government school is not her take. She went for further education with an MBA in Marketing & HR and started her professional journey as a Research Associate with Management Development Institute(MDI) for a project of AIMA (All India Management Association). Over 14+ years, she has worked with multiple organizations like Bharti Walmart, Marico Kaya Ltd, VLCC, Bausch & Lomb & VIBES Healthcare. Currently, she is also associated with a Wellness brand Meadows Wellness as CMO and contributing in the growth of the organization. Her upward movement on the corporate ladder and taking up bigger roles with an exposure of multiple domains of Sales, Marketing, Operations & Business Development.
During 2020 when the world was stopped due to Corona, many of the Aesthetic Clinics and Educational Institutions approached her for help for Online support and that - AN Digi Tree (A complete solution for Digital Marketing) started. She wears many hats and has amazed the world with her multi talent persona. She gives the credit of our journey to her life partner Mr. Avinash Rajoria who brings balance to her life.
Today, "AN Digi Tree", provide support for early growth ventures with a complete guidance on Marketing & Consulting catering various Industries including Beauty & Wellness Brands, Educational Institutes, Stock Broking Firms and Manufacturers across India.
